      * Fast-paced environment keeps things from getting boring * Good learning experience for sales, negotiation, and leadership skills * Opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly * Inventory / product lineup is solid (if that’s true for your store) * Team culture is supportive (especially within your immediate team) * No two days are the same

      * Long hours / inconsistent schedule * Work-life balance can be tough, especially during busy months * Benefits don’t fully match workload or expectations * High-pressure environment at times * Communication between departments can be inconsistent * Staffing can feel stretched thin during peak times * Expectations can change quickly without much notice

      Supportive staff, works very hard for their team and customers. Always does what is best for the customer.

      Pros

      Honestly I can’t really think of any. The benefits are ok for a dealership but compared to other fields they are lacking. The coworkers I had at my dealership for the most part were great.

      Cons

      The work life balance is not good. Baxter also changed the job responsibilities for sales about 1-2 years ago and grossly underpays compared to their previous pay structures and to the auto industry as a whole.
