      Pros

      Simple for me Burt... I loved working for him. Unfortunately he passed.

      Cons

      They promote people with way less skills. Professional babysitters. Talk on cell phones with friends constantly. Usually needed my help to just do their jobs.

      Pros

      I've never worked with a better team than the team we have today. It's all about the people and being genuinely happy in what you are doing.

      Cons

      Although exciting, Barrett is a small company, so people frequently need work outside their comfort zone. And, prepare to "get your hands dirty" (at least metaphorically) by engaging closely with our products and customers.
