      Over worked, underpaid and scapegoats for directors

      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work sadly good staff have now left and the board are weak and like to lay the blame on the minions beneath them even though they were part of the demise of the division.

      Cons

      Blame culture Zero support from directors who are out to feather their own nests. Ridiculous expectations from staff from CM down. Expected to work 60 plus hours a week without thanks or gratitude Ludicrous pressure for year end numbers that are not achievable Depleted, deflated staff across the division and turnover will continue to be poor if staff are not appreciated or heard

      Try to work for Barratt Head Office rather than Kent Division for a better work/life balance and to be included more.

      Barratt Group Head Office are inclusive and forward thinking as a Company.

      Cons

      Kent Division has a toxic un-inclusive culture. Not very flexible and very old fashioned Senior Management Team. No mentoring or training when you start a role.
