So many.
1. The Founders. Both the husband and wife have no sense of leadership. They are in fact the most cowardly people I have ever met. They like to hide their faults by pointing mistakes in their employees.
2. Again, the founders. They lack basic sense of employee management. Both of them together have built a culture of bad mouthing employees behind their back. They spy on their own employees like kids in school. They go to great lengths to ensure that their employees do not become friends with each other? Why, you may ask? Well, simply because they are so insecure in their own skills. They fear people will see through them. Sadly for them, people do see through them.
3. Yet again, the founders. They lack business sense. They have no clarity on job roles and also their own business model. Complete lack of vision.
