      Pros

      This was a fantastic company. Great team atmosphere. Competitive pay. Good culture. It wasn't perfect, but definitely a nice place to work. Management was very straightforward and they had an open door policy. Super approachable all the way up to the CEO.

      Cons

      That it was sold to Essex. Essex is pretty much the opposite of BRE in many ways. I would recommend working for BRE and I hope Essex adopts the good qualities of this company.

      Highest commission structure. If you are a hustler you can make 50-60 grand a year.

      bad community manager. No backbone. Does not understand the sales process
