      Too much effort for too little reward

      Pros

      When the company started, the ideea of developing interference mitigation algorithms was very promising. I had the chance to develop software on some advanced multi-core SoC. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      On the engineering side, there's absolutely no chance for promotion unless you are one of the CTO's family friends. If you decide to work with Blinq as an engineer, then you'll most probably have to report to the CTO's godson or godfather. Be ready to work late hours and weekends due to their lack of competence.

      Good and promising technology but not recommended unless you don't have any other options

      - Good and promising technology - Challenging issues

      Cons

      - The same issues need to be re-done again and again over the years by different people but you never have chance to look and find the root causes, because some strong men wanted things to be done following their opinion which is most of the time subjective. Your engineering proposals will be defeated by the famous argument "because other people can live this way or it works this way at other places, therefore we can live this way and it must work this way with us too". - You need to be buddy with some strong men to get your voice heard. - It seems the objective would be to keep positions of these strong men, not to make innovation and products working properly.
