Pros

The two guys who own the business are very hands on. Their open door policy means they listen to you. The agency is very strong in the digital space, so we get to do lots of innovative and creative projects. They really look after staff - nice offices, mentorship programmes, recognition of the work you do etc etc

Cons

Well it is an advertising agency, so it is pretty full - on when it is busy. But that is just the business. You'd be worried if an agency wasn't busy - keeps it interesting.

Pros

I worked at BCM before travelling OS. I learnt from some of the best in the business. A fantastic crew. Client focussed. Talented and hard working team who know how to have fun. High expectations from senior management, which leads to some really innovative and good quality work. Fair bit of regular probono work too, which was nice.

Cons

Some short deadlines, but that's agency life. And it seems to be the same the world over.

Pros

Great people to work with who are clever and friendly, which makes you want to be the best you can be. Has a family vibe with fun social events. Benefits including a stocked cafe (great coffee), BCM Fit program with personal training paid for by the company, half day off each year to go xmas shopping. Supports charities and has a workplace giving program. Very innovative, puts clients first, always looking for new opportunities to introduce to clients which also helps with one's career development. Internal promotions are possible. Management has an open door policy so if you've got issues, you can go straight to the Partners for their feedback.

Cons

As is the case in the advertising industry, there are some long hours involved to meet the demands of deadlines to ensure client satisfaction at all times. Challenge sometimes getting to know everyone as freelancers come and go, but that's the way it is these days with project work.
