Pros
It's better than being homeless. If you can learn from other people's mistakes, this is a good company as it's 100% full of mistakes (from CEO on down)
Cons
Run! Run! Run! This is not a good place to work. Tremendous pressure, no help, poor management (CEO and down), no training, no expectation setting. They hire two full sales teams of us.....and with no training, no documentation, no leadership.....90 days later, they fired us (two whole sales teams). This company gives you zero notice and zero severance. Don't waste your time at this place. Since then, I've heard they have fired their Microsoft and Cloud teams.
