As anight intensive officer I get flexibility to work for 4 days and get 4 days off so I got plenty of time to invest in other things.
Cons
Pay rate is not upto the mark as it should be.

Pros
I am afforded great flexibility working for BCHA and for working hard I feel that I am rewarded with interesting and diverse opportunities. I believe that the senior and executive team really believe in the organisational values and I am proud to work for somewhere ambitious enough to say that they want to "end homelessness". I work with a great team, have excellent management and we are ultimately working together to improve people's lives. What could be better?
