If you ask too many questions, you can be made to feel like you’re not picking things up fast enough Instead of support, some managers give vague or negative feedback without actually explaining what you did wrong Mistakes are remembered, even if the process was never shown properly in the first place Team culture can feel cliquey, and it’s hard to feel confident if you’re not already “in” You can be left in the dark and still expected to perform like you’ve been trained
