I joined Azcom (India) during its inception time and worked there for more than 4 years. My $0.2 Mostly, this centre is focussed around LTE with multiple teams working across all major LTE nodes. Work wise all the teams are doing top notch work with immense learning opportunities. Most of the software is developed from scratch and engineers work across various modules which helps them develop end to end understanding of the entire system. Most of the organizations i know, even the top ones, mostly people are confined within a particular module which limits their learning curve. Here the company encourages you to learn and contribute across various nodes/modules. There is no dearth of learning opportunities in the company. Multiple long term customer projects are on-going and company is financially sound.Company is headquartered in Milan and have some very strong technical talent there. Work environment is great without much pressure and hierarchies. In summary, a great organization to work for.
