      Disaster

      Pros

      There were (operative word) some good people. The bad culture outweighed the good and many either left or the best were asked to leave based upon political agenda, especially the notorious Purchasing Department.

      Cons

      No communication, no direction, back-stabbing culture, would not accept expert advice, but only relied on good 'ol boy culture.

      Relaxed atmosphere. Not much else.

      Cons

      This company has an unstable business model. A company that is constantly bought and sold, like AxleTech, does not offer stability to employees. Its all about getting the company to look good to prospective buyers, and nothing about keeping people employed. At AxleTech you simply survive, not thrive. Anyone that knew the business is gone and management comprises of people that know nothing of the market and are there to simply get the company sold.

      Most of the people, good work / family balance. Flexible schedules, good pay and benefits. That's all the pros to working here

      Cons

      Company has no leadership. Not a clue how to retain talent. Losing business left and right, company is a sinking ship
