Business outlook
Pros
Flexible work/life balance. Workload and sprint capacities are relaxed (as government contracting usually goes) since there are more politics behind approval and movement on projects. Health benefits are somewhat decent.
Cons
Salary is hot garbage, the company does not pay competently. There's hardly any room to grow into higher rolls and "climb the ladder" here. Business and Management side is horrendous with communicating high-level activity to technical team members.
