Pros
Straight out of undergrad, I joined Axle and was immediately given ownership over building new features. The pace and responsibility have driven enormous growth, but the people are what make Axle -- everyone's invested in helping each other build something we're proud of.
Cons
The beautiful ocean views from the office compete with my linear tickets for attention.

The team is full of extremely smart people who are also highly collaborative, supportive, and fun to work with. It’s a great place to grow with strong staff-level technical support and the opportunity to make an impact early on.
Cons
Priorities can shift quickly and processes are still evolving, so delivering through ambiguity is key.
