Good company to work for, not too much hard work. Never more than 40 hrs. Fairly autonomous. Good atmosphere. Good money.
Cons
Can become a little boring and monotonous. Not very challenging at times and now that it is owned by Deltek the start up underdog mentality isn't really there.
