Stuck in medieval times, doesn't value it's staff
Pros
- Great location - Good exposure and in some way direction and support depending on your manager - Some very clever and experienced talent in the mix - CEO very experienced and switched on
Cons
- Horrible atmosphere and culture - A "who's next for the chop" vibe - Too much gossip and backstabbing - Very old school in it's ways of working, [lack of] perks and benefits - Not forward thinking in leveraging quick tech hacks to benefit the workforce in doing their jobs well and supporting the customers - Too much scrutiny on spend that handcuffs management and removes autonomy from those that are best placed to make the right decisions - Outright lies to the team about redundancies and a strategy to move the contact centre to a completely different site. Hidden agendas at play - Complete divide between 'corporate' part of the business and 'contact centre'. Poor communication and very little respect given to staff - Brown noses do well which just makes me think back to the 20th century. Too far behind the times.
