Micromanagement Culture: CEO is overly critical, lacks guidance, and requires excessive approvals.. and a very clique-ish leadership culture thru the entire org including Cover Care. Lack of Clear Direction: Executive team struggles with strategy, flip-flopping on decisions, and failing to empower teams. Poor Leadership Support: Minimal leadership or encouragement for field technicians and hourly employees. Inefficient Decision-Making: Slow, burdensome processes that hinder progress. Sales Panic Without a Plan: Company is scrambling to boost sales without a defined sales force in the field.
