      Pros

      company has a family oriented structure. great pay, great benefits, and the job is not too difficult

      Cons

      12 hour shift beats you down. seems to be a few who get away with anything while others have to walk a straight line. There is no climate control in the building except for the bosses offices. temperatures soar in the summer inside the facility.

      Pros

      It's a great company to work for! Stable, innovative, and cares about the welfare of it's employees! I've worked there for over 11 years now, and I can honestly say that I have never entertained the thought of leaving. If you have the chance to get your foot in the door...do it!

      Cons

      No sick days for the hourly employees. That's the company's one fault.
