      A real gem of a business

      Really cares about it's employees Has a fantastic vision and great ambition First rate products UK manufacturer

      Cons

      Can't think of any at the moment. It genuinely is a great business that looks after it's team.

      Family orientated atmosphere People are really helpful Trusted to do your job and not micro managed Fun place to work New ideas and ways of working are encouraged

      Cons

      The only downside is promotion opportunities. Quite hard to find the career you want within the organisation
