Bottom of the barrel pay; promotions without raise Unqualified individuals promoted due to brown nosing and to save a buck Insecure management with no real experience = HR nightmare

Pros

Some of the most talented and wonderful people I have had the pleasure of working with on a daily basis.

Cons

Well, me and 48 of my coworkers were let go today after being told our jobs were secure after an equity purchase the month prior. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of people run the company and operate the business, I’m not sure what will.

Pros

There were--past tense, a lot of great people at AutoAnything. Most are gone. I feel bad for those few decent people that are still there.

Cons

The worst senior team I have dealt with in years; absolutely worthless---they are the reason the company is going down; yet they are still there after laying off almost 40 percent of the actual people that got things done, in the last year. The leader of this group-the new president, Brandon Proctor, is garbage. He is a clueless coward with no understanding of the business; no ability to strategize, lead, communicate or partner with internal or external partners. Vendors either don't trust him, or they despise him. His ego is only matched by his ADD and inability to have a focused conversation. I have never seen a company go down so fast. There is a special place for you in hell Brandon Proctor! Then the company was sold to corporate raider wanna be's. New ownership didn't even bother to take inventory of people, and get to know anyone; their experience or potential value. They took Brandon's Recommendations. How would he know? in his office with door closed---if he even bothered to show up that day. New ownership team and the senior team deserve each other.
