Pros

Clients and families are amazing! Behavioral Therapists, Lead Therapist, Program Coordinators, and Program Managers have great teamwork, positivity, and ethical ABA Therapy practices.

Cons

HR and Clinical Management are not in tune with BT's, LBT's, PM's, and PC's. They put in almost 0 effort to keep valued employees. They also do not listen to constructive feedback to improve their relationships with said employees. Scheduling is rough at times. Burnout rate is high.

Pros

Co-workers work very hard and have interest of children as top priority.

Cons

Over worked and under paid. Expectations of Behavior Therapist and Lead Worker duties un realistic. Because of work load, employees must work extra unpaid time to complete expected duties . Employee turnover high due to cons listed above which in turn burns out other emplyees and takes away from companies promise of individual treatment to clients.

Pros

The children there are wonderful

Cons

Absolutely horrible company. Zero employee appreciation, horrible pay, terrible management and they will double you up with kids the majority of the day to save money at the staff and client expense.
