Company has potential but missing a few key things

Pros

Good exposure to different companies and industries. Fortnightly drinks. Monthly massages. Monthly lunches. Casual clothing.

Cons

Managers have double standards and like to micromanage. Lots of backstabbing colleagues. People will judge you before getting to know you. Poor handling of conflict from managers. Company culture is non existent.

All the bad reviews you are reading is correct, staff were told to provide positive reviews to boost up the ratings last year. Company culture is bad with lots of backstabbing and promised salary hikes/bonuses never paid out.
