Pros

.Some very good people work ther, outside of the upper management group.

Cons

This is the most dysfunctional and poorly lead company I have ever been associated with. The turnover in sales staff has approached 50 over the last few years. Zero marketing leads, poor on-boarding, and an executive team that has no clue what to do. Run away, as fast as you can

OK Company

Pros

Some flexibility for time off, depending on your supervisor. Your overall work experience will vary depending on who you report to. Salary's are not equal and seem to be based on your relationship with the leadership team vs. the value you bring as an employee.

Cons

Overall, they try to do the right thing, however, the lack of knowledge from Leadership team is concerning. If you disagree on a policy or product, they hold it against you. It is also a company where the leadership team talks negatively about employees to other employees. Lack of professionalism and the company seems to be shrinking the workforce size.
