Interesting product to work on; challenging problems to solve; a dynamic environment that motivates learning; great people on the engineering team; management team mostly understands personal problems; good salary, and always on time.
Cons
Like in every fast-growing tech company, planning and prioritisation can change very frequently, which can lead to additional context switching.
