      Don’t put all your eggs in one basket!

      Pros

      People, mostly, are awesome, respectful and helpful! They have a solid dispatching method.

      Cons

      If it is not in writing, don’t trust them. Even when I got it in writing, it was on a post-it note. They have a handbook, tho they are selective on the parts they adhere to. Annual reviews are non-existent and so are raises. They claim to be debt free and constantly boast their profitability but employees never see anything for their hard work. No decisions are made unless the President of the company gives or denies his blessing. As a result, nothing happens in a timely fashion.

      Pros

      Get paid to play on your phone.

      Cons

      Extremely long work days (10 hour days and every other Saturday). Absolutely no training. No help from management. You are expected to use your personal phone and not be compensated for it. He will be hired on under one agreement and come to find out your pay is less than what you agreed to. You will be exempt salary without your approval. Sink or swim.
