      Pros

      Mostly good people here. Sometimes hard to tell apart from the walking zombies.

      Cons

      Most people just want to go home, take their meds and forget their day. Processes and systems are antiquated and nobody seems to care.

      Pros

      There is very high turnover so you might get lucky and get promoted just because someone leaves or is fired above you.

      Cons

      This is a highly corrosive environment where people are de humanized and treated like numbers. It seems a culture is fostered where assigning blame for failures is the number one objective. Accountability is supposedly a core value of this company but management can never be held accountable without severe retaliation. Very hypocritical. Ask almost any employee in the entire company why they work here and they will certainly say they are looking for a better opportunity just haven’t found one yet. It is clear the company has very little respect for employees.

      No need to give 2 weeks notice, it won't be honored

      There really isn't much to say here.

      Cons

      Gave 2 weeks notice which was accepted, but they wouldn't honor the customary 2 weeks pay like most companies do. Don't bother with giving notice, they have no integrity.
