      Extremely volatile and unprofessional workplace

      Pros

      Great for someone just starting out and unable to find a job anywhere else. A few talented co-workers.

      Cons

      Unstable work environment. Policies change overnight, all the time. Poor financial planning. Not a great overall talent pool. Massively ambiguous criteria for calculating salary so you might not get paid even if work was completed.

      Pros

      - Flexible Timing - Work from home - Good people in the office - No strict leave policy and good amount of paid leaves - Would recommend for people who want to freelance

      Cons

      - Mismanagement - The CEO behaves very immaturely - Too many changes in the systems/processes (which is common in startup culture but the systems here are clearly made without thinking it through and adds more work) - Really stressful - No work/life balance - No growth in the company

      Can't think of one pro.

      Cons

      No work culture. Systems keeps changing every another day. No proper training is given. No professionalism at all. All they care about is their friends who are in the company else everyone is neglegent for them. I can go on with a list of cons here. Beware guys. Don't waste your time in this one.
