Pros

Non Management are nice People. Outside Dublin City Center. Employ lots of local contractors.

Cons

Most Managers are Padding the Budget..Always creating issues where there arent any..Manage with Fear Tactics..Lie to Head Office about Projects that are being Implemented. Especially the IT Dept FOR EU based in Ireland. Re-use projects..They never really implement anything just spend Corporates Money, Dangerous people. 50% Travel

Excellent Holidays, roughly 30 days holidays per year. Flexible working hours are also very good. Nice area.

Cons

Poor Canteen food and not allowed bring in own food. Money a little lower than competitors. Small town attitude and have to careful what you say.

Relaxed but very busy when there is a lot to do. Good if you do your work on time and to a high standard. Departments are structured very well and there is a positive atmosphere.

Cons

Can be quite busy at times and work load becomes too much for one person.
