A company worth fighting for

Pros

AP is hands down one of the most ethical and earnest newsrooms in the current landscape. You don't have to look hard to find staff wholeheartedly serving the mission of bringing truth to the world. We have an incredible legacy, unmatched and unique.

Cons

Mediocre and uninspired management, especially on the business, products and tech side. Change comes very slow. AP is behind the times in technology and digital platforms, both client facing and public facing. Many of these platforms barely function, making it nearly impossible to find and get our content. I am not sure what is worse...that no one seems to be able to fix these failed platforms or that no one notices or cares to do a thing about it. It's excuse after excuse, year after year. Why do the people in charge of these areas keep their jobs, and create the new platforms that are sure to be subpar?
