- I learn something new almost every week, which has been great for building my skills in digital marketing. - The team is very supportive and always willing to help when I have questions. - I receive a lot of praise and encouragement, which makes the environment really positive. - As an apprentice, it’s a great place to gain real experience and develop confidence.

Cons

- I haven’t experienced any major downsides during my time here so far.

Great people and nice company to work for

Overall a great place to work, the people are really nice and they have a good office culture, running food events multiple times a month for the whole team. Working hour flexibility is a great addition, speaking from the point of view of a parent.

Cons

Location is slightly out of town, although this is largely mitigated for me by free parking options on site, and flexible lunches.

It’s also a friendly and collaborative place to work, which makes a big difference day to day.

The fast-paced environment means you’re always learning and adapting, which can be challenging at times but ultimately helps with development.
