      Excellent salary,team members were awesome excellent work schedule Monday -Friday 8-5

      Cons

      I was promised one thing when offered the position with Arrow and it never came to pass when i asked questions ruffled feathers got me fired the company is phenomenal the individuals running it .... that's a different story

      One of the bigger mistakes of my life

      Pros

      You won’t die, immediately . But slowly they will kill you mentally, spiritually and physically. You will seriously contemplate the life decisions that led you to this low point in your life.

      Cons

      You only get paid while you’re doing a job but you’ll spend most of your day driving. The company nickel and dimes you to death: 65$ per pay period to use their truck. You have to buy the company uniforms and equipment. You have to pay for company dry cleaning. You’ll work in horrible horrible crawl spaces under houses. You’ll kick the ground looking for 100% of sentricon stations around buildings. Can’t find them or locked gate? No money for you; get back in your truck and drive to the next unscheduled crapshoot. I could go on and on but bottom line: the positive reviews here are coerced from management. Find a better place to work.

      Pros

      I met some great friends that work here over the ten years I worked here. There are always a lot of jobs open here because they can't keep employees or they are firing employees. So that's great for all the job openings. I gave you 5 stars for that.

      Cons

      Arrow will terminate you even make some thing up you didn't do. This will happen with no notice at all. You're left with what did I really do? It would be nicer to just say I don't like the color of your shirt. Or the way you talk. This has happened to many employees in my time here. There is no way to get this until it happens to you.
