Great group of hardworking people. They take care of their employees and do what they can to be flexible and help you out. They are quick to recognize your work and celebrate wins.
Cons
Can come off as micromanging because they want people to not be idle if it can be helped. It can be difficult starting because the person responsible for training also has many other people constantly asking her for help
