      Pros

      Archus is a fantastic company to work for because : The team work flexibly Great team work in the Regions and great together as a whole business at annual staff events Great benefits including the Employee Share Trust where staff who a stake in the business. Flat structure, no burocracy as you do in larger organisation.

      Pros

      - family feel, everyone supports each other, very inclusive environment - management are part of the team, getting stuck into delivery and don't just direct from the top - well-being, work/life balance, flexible working are all encouraged - we have fun! social events within each office but also company wide. Work hard play hard :)

      Cons

      - lack of women in senior management positions - but this is definitely an accident of history rather than an intentional choice and female colleagues are fully supported in their career development
