Pros
- I've not worked at a company where the amount of collaboration within departments and cross departments is as amazing as at Archlet. Everyone, and I mean _everyone_, is genuinely interested in supporting others to be successful. - Culture of inclusion, transparency, knowledge sharing, and focus - The amount of smart people at Archlet is stunning - The potential for the product is remarkably interesting - it addresses a very real pain point for many larger organizations where there aren't many good solutions available yet.
Cons
Being a young company, there are some areas that lack a bit structure/process; however, these are known shortcomings that are actively being worked on.
