Great marketing and sales training, sub-par service for customers.

Pros

If you are a new rep you will have a whole slew of access to sales material, training videos, pitches, etc. but their service for customers is nowhere close to what most managers will pitch you to say. Small Mom and Pop shops will generally provide a much better service than what active reps sell to their customers.

Cons

Poor service. High cancellation rates.

- Great group of guy I sold with - Travel to a new city and live there for a few months -Great way to get sales experience

Cons

- Very hard learning curve for most - Purely Commision - 10-12 hour days - If you leave early or don't sell enough you owe the company for your housing
