The employees are hard working and the company itself is global. The Human Resources staff at the HQ and other primary locations are fabulous.

Cons

The HR department at this specific site is a disaster. A complete lack of leadership, a huge power struggle and anyone who speaks out is demoted or terminated. Retaliation is at the highest level and has the most ineffective HR leadership that I have ever come across. The systems are outdated and truly need to be condensed and revitalized.
