      Lots of Opportunities But Disorganized

      Pros

      ACS offered lots of chances to earn extra money when I began as a CSR on the phones. Good performance was usually recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      Constant policy changes and inconsistent standards for advancement. Sometimes major changes were made suddenly and with little warning.

      Pros

      The people I worked with are the only reason I stayed as long as I did. The job itself typically wasn't too stressful. Other than that I wish I left sooner.

      Cons

      This company does not care at all about their employees. Did not agree with the pay scale, very very low compared to everywhere else. Benefits were also not great. Little to no opportunities for advancing your career.

      Great Location Very nice people except for some old-school senior management

      Clock In an d Out required Do not expect a salary increase every year Sometimes you need to work long hours, do not expect comp time or recognition for doing it
