      The tech works Peers employees are nice

      Cons

      1 raise in many many years No cost of living increase Bonuses are limited and you are meant to fail. Tom, the CEO know best in all situations. Sla for all bit not executives No raises when you get a new role Managers know everything and treat you like children. Do what AI says then get in trouble when managers don't like what AI says. We should know better... When to use AI and when not to as we should know better. Read managements/Tom's mind.

Fast paced which translates to as an opportunity to grow and make an impact while having visibility of the work you are doing.
