      - Good work life balance - Great leaders - Product has strong position in market, but still lots of upside - Strong AI development adoption

      Cons

      From a technology perspective, they may not have the systems in place to scale and achieve the growth they are looking for (but are actively trying to get there). It can feel like the tech space is a few years behind the curve.
