Pros

They don't know what they're doing so in reality employees pretty much have the freedom to do as they please since management has no idea how things actually work. Great place to do your errands and get paid

Cons

Management talks down to everyone and most of the problems they complain about are because there is no workplace structure to begin with, they don't care about patients only paperwork, they are not honest about patient intake (they literally make people up) and they force employees to work late with no incentive and have the nerve to be rude and condescending despite having no intention of giving you any overtime or time off,the facility is freezing in the winter and always filthy,

Sabotage

Pros

The pay is reasonable. The location is accessible.

Cons

Employees are blamed for everything that goes wrong. The seating arrangements are horrible. Upper management likes to sabotage former employees from getting another job. If you want a job where you are constantly being belittled, treat you like a child and your intelligence is questioned every time by upper management you will be applying to the right place.

Pros

Holiday party at a buffet.

Cons

Unpaid 30 minute break, that we were often (ILLEGALLY) denied. Most of the supervisors are complete idiots and lack basic clinical skills. And most of the supervisors also lack basic social skills. Supervisors harass clients and regularly violate HIPAA (i.e. asking case managers (on their day off-- also illegal) to visit clients at their places of employment when the client has specifically said not to come there). Supervisors lack any sort of ethics, falsify numbers, essentially commit Medicaid fraud and are given only a mere slap on the wrist. Clients are treated like children who cannot think for themselves. Many client issues are exaggerated into coming across as far more serious than they are. No one takes accountability/responsibility for their actions, and blame everyone else. Humiliation runs rampant and is a part of every staff meeting. Supervisors make staff feel like crap and NEVER EVER thank anyone for their hard work, overtime, and dedication. Oh and if you're not Asian you should expect to be treated like a third class citizen. And if you're White, expect to be treated worse than dirt.
