      A lot of turnover

      Amazing clinicians and support staff!

      Cons

      Management treats employees terribly. The amount of turnover in 1 year from clinicians quitting was astounding. No supervision for licensure is offered which is not standard in this field! If you value your staff you invest in their professional development.

      There are no pros unique to this company, any other job is highly likely to be better than this place

      Cons

      Top heavy, way too many directors and execs making big bucks while everyone else is struggling. Toxic loose cannon management, lack of cohesion across departments, unrealistic expectations, and cliquey to name a few. I mean really just an unfortunate amalgam of every con you could think of in a job
