      Pros

      Zero, genuinely zero pros about working here. Other than the feeling of leaving for good

      Glass door reviews don’t lie. I massively regret not taking them into account before accepting my position. Completely left to your own devices with zero training or mentors. 60 plus hours virtually every week. TOXIC Work culture. Never so stressed out in my life, and nowhere to turn . HR never reached out, I would have been very surprised if they didn’t know . Very disengaged. My advice, for your own mental health do not work here. If this review ensures one more person doesn’t work here, I’m glad I left a review. I have worked for other fund admins in Ireland, and Apex is far and away the worst. At least they are best at that.

      Apex - Avoid for ones own mental health

      Central location that is the only thing I can say - please avoid this place

      Cons

      - arrogant management who are very aggressive - that need to have a look at themselves - they think they are on Wall Street - a back office fund admin - very cheap organization - often a case of no toilet roll. - poor systems -poor pay - glorified titles with little or no pay increase - management that try to push people to the point of breaking point and are so aggressive it can have a serious impact on ones life. - not good for ones mental health - favored terms for ex DB people

      Avoid this place for your mental health

      Central location nothing else , avoid at all cost

      Cons

      No training and induction provided. Management is very unprofessional and arrogant, they don't even bother to reply to the emails. There is no support at all for new joiners . They just add responsibilities over responsibilities without a proper training and then they blame you. Managers are happy to push your mental health to the edge. Worst working experience ever.
