      - Strong competitive benefits 100% covered insurance - Lots of office perks, nice office, snacks, yoga, etc

      Cons

      - CEO that doesn't want to make hard decisions, except to work on NATS, a side project of the company - Managers who cargo cult start-up management styles - Product that is nearly clueless - Work on a product that is mostly behind the competition in the space - Hostile culture where a core group of people in a meeting can easily turn a project sideways. - Turnover is fairly high

      Pros

      Was an Interesting product to have a few years ago prior to Kubernetes. The admin staff makes the company a fun place to be. Great benefits Met many great people working there.

      Cons

      CEO basically stopped being involved in the company and let many VP's screw things up. Very high turnover rate - During my time there, I seen people announce their resignation about every two weeks. Spending too much time worrying about the term "Nano-segmentation" like it is such a great thing that nobody else is doing. Over the past year, competitors developed the same product and features more or less and eventually became more innovative for free.
