Pros
The team that I work with is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I am a fully remote employee with the option to change to hybrid or in office at any point. The onboarding process has been paced very well so I really feel like I have the time to learn and get comfortable with my position. This also seems like a company that is willing to help you grow professionally in whatever manner you choose. If I want to learn more about the financial side, I have no doubt that my interest would be encouraged.
Cons
The verification process for the VPN can be a little annoying at times just because I have to verify my identity a lot on certain days and very little on others.
