These Recent Reviews Are A Joke

Pros

There are none. This company has been falling apart since 2013 and is only on the decline. Its most recent reviews are nothing more than the CEO begging people to write something positive about the company, a practice I witnessed on more than one occasion while working there. I was asked 3 or 4 times to provide a glowing review on this place, and clearly they are keeping up with the tradition.

Cons

Everything. The finances of of this company are quickly crumbling, the video equipment is well over 15 years old and it shows in the production value, the fancy new website they have was the result of a talented digital producer who could not leave the company fast enough, and there is no care at all for the employees. Do NOT apply for a job here or trust them with any of your services.

Pros

It's a job. Some nice people have passed through there, but they don't stay long.

Cons

Just simply evil. Employees are often made fun of and yelled at publicly. What few clients remained when I left often saw simply horrible behavior by Sean and others. They cannot possibly be making enough money to stay in business legally.

An promising company brought down by bad business decisions

Pros

Good work/life balance. Good colleagues. Occasionally interesting work. Good video work.

Cons

Terrible business decisions. Way too manager heavy. One department almost has a 1 to 1 ratio of manager to employees. If you enjoy meetings and not getting anything done this might be a good place for you. They are in the software business but senior management has no real concept of what they are doing or how software works. No customer management skills at all. As a client, if you want free work this is the place to go. Sales team is comically bad. Their health software product as well as the team managing it is an unmitigated disaster. Avoid at all costs. In the end, I don't believe they will be around for much longer.
