Pros

- Adequate Pay - Remote work available on specific condition - No work outside of scheduled hours - Will probably be around for a while thanks to need for call centers

Cons

- Terrible Benefits - PTO policy is awful - Sick leave policy is awful - Mismanaged - Bloated, almost more managers than lower level employees - Not for experts/experienced workers - Restrictive in-person policies - Pay is only adequate, not great - Non-existent culture - Poor communication & training

Pros

The company culture is very inviting and well meaning. I enjoyed the employees and worked with some great people.

Cons

We didn't get a clear vision or expectation from executive management, which caused us to react much faster than necessary to meet goals.

Pros

So happy to be part of the AnswerNet family!! I started working for AnswerNet in 2017 as a front desk administrator. A few months later I was promoted onto the sales team providing me the opportunity to learn the industry. This experience led to my second promotion within a year onto the marketing team! My experience has been that management recognizes strengths in each employee and does their best to put you in a position to be successful. This creates a culture of team where collaboration is celebrated.

Cons

Sometimes there are too many desserts. We celebrate birthdays every month.

Pros

Remote, management is helpful and nice, supports staff, culture is nice

Cons

Unfortunately because you’re part of a third party the projects are where things get frustrating. Some projects are better than others and you end up immersed in other company cultures or procedures which aren’t always as ideal as AnswerNet itself.

Pros

To be honest nothing at all. Actually the owner is a pretty cool guy quite the character.

Cons

Low compensation as a team lead. The non existant work culture. The supervisors and managers are very unprofessional and always talk behind eachothers back and like to belittle you in front of your whole team. I am a strong believer that a team is as strong as their leader.
