Admirable purpose in the abstract - a for profit organisation that seeks to make profits in order to donate them. Some excellent people who do try to influence operations for the better

Salaries well below market average Poor leadership and continual management and structural changes Antiquated systems that are not (nor were they ever really) fit for purpose Appalling communication between management and operations Disingenuous treatment of staff Values service areas of the business over core profit generating employees Unclear and contradictory underwriting guidelines Dictatorial and punitive towards staff who speak out regarding legitimate concerns
