      Great Employees to work with, people were willing to help each other.

      Pros

      great atmosphere, laid back, dress policy very casual. Most managers have an open door policy where they are willing to teach other employees.

      Cons

      not very flexible with work times, starting and ending times. Sometimes communication is lacking between departments. The pay scale structure seems to be a little outdated.

      Very very strict attendance. Get a point for being a minute late. If you leave do to an injury on the job you get a point.
