Huge commitment to D&I, supportive team and manager. Great flexible working and work/life balance. Lots of role autonomy. Generally really happy with my job and team.

Cons

The same consistency and support isn't necessarily reflected in other areas of the business which is a shame.

Department heads appear to be promoted based more on personal relationships than on demonstrated knowledge, leadership capability, or technical skill. In particular, there is concern that some senior staff contribute limited value while delegating or outsourcing most of their responsibilities. This has negatively affected team morale, motivation, and confidence in leadership
