There are no pros working in this dumpster. -Low salary , -Psychopathic manager, -no work life balance .You work the job of 3 and you are paid like one.

Cons

Bad leadership.Toxic communication due to the psychopathic leadership. Low salary. Not enough people, due to this people are working on several projects on tide schedules.

Currently: none,as they were drowned by corporate.

Cons

It was good for a long time. Until this year, everything seemed good. Good salaries, benefits, cool colleagues. Then the human equivalent of rats infested positions, they are not qualified for and removed the most competent people. They laid off a lot of high earning people, and replaced them with people with zero expertise, just to pay them half as much and control them. Not how you run your business.
